Outback Lamb Baguette
Whether for picnics, school lunches, tucker boxes or simply feeding a crowd this lamb baguette is a tasty lamb fest of deliciousness. Quick and simple, it’s best made using leftovers from Ottenghi’s Jerusalem lamb shawarma.

leftover lamb roast
french baguette stick
butter
mayonnaise
swiss cheese slices
lettuce
beetroot relish
We love the rustic sourdough rolls that you can get a Coles, and when I don’t have any home made beetroot relish we get store bought which is as equally delicious.
